Meet MaryAnn

I love helping people and have been dedicated to serving the Central Florida community for over 18 years in unique ways.  As a serial entrepreneur, I have worked with legal documents, contracts and regulatory compliance in many forms. More specifically, as a past Mortgage Broker and Certified Loan Signing Agent, I am uniquely qualified and experienced with the documents and disclosures related to purchase, refinance and reverse mortgages.

I take great pride in delivering accuracy the first time. My experience in multiple positions as a Mortgage Broker, Loan Processor, Marketing Director, Project Manager, and Sales Manager has taught me to be focused in the moment, very detail oriented, truly service minded, calm under pressure and most of all patient.

I love public speaking! It is just one those different quirks about me. Some of my most cherished moments are when you see someone in the audience that has that “ah ha” moment, it’s magical. I have been known for bringing the best out of people and getting them to focus on the “What If anything is possible” in life. It is in that spirit that I named my company, What IF Network Inc. I believe in being kind and giving back. I have been working with my community as the HOA President and have been instrumental in updating By-Laws, implementing a state-of-the-art software system and obtaining a Reserve Study to ensure that our beloved St Johns River Community will be well maintained long into the future. My husband and I have a long history of members in various service organizations and chambers over the years. Giving back, paying it forward, grateful with your blessings … whatever you want to label it, is important.

My greatest strength is the ability to make people feel comfortable and relieve stress in difficult situations. This is especially important in the Notary environment where timing is often of the essence and accuracy is critical.
